A Little Bit About Me
A writing practice built on depth, range, and genuine expertiseMy writing background spans three distinct categories: research-informed content for professional audiences including licensed social workers and health practitioners; wellness writing drawing on my training and work as a certified coach; and literary creative writing — poetry, short fiction, and creative non-fiction — drawing on my personal experience and published in book form.
Each category informs the others. The research discipline shaping my professional writing produces the same precision and grounding in my broader wellness content. The literary sensibility shaping my creative writing produces the same attention to voice, rhythm, and reader experience across all my work. The result is writing that's both factually reliable and genuinely readable; content that provides real value delivered in an engaging, accessible way. Author of two books taking an honest look at life
When it comes to life's challenges, I'm not one to bury my head in the sand. I prefer to face things head-on with honesty, blending optimism with realism. And I believe self-awareness is essential as one seeks to understand and searches for solutions. My published books reflect this approach.
